Planning on Building a Home?

I absolutely love the concept of building a home from the ground up, however, it takes a lot more work than you actually think. You must have permits from the city and before that, you must get a licensed architect to sign off. At then end of the day it’s cheaper but, takes much more of your time.

Are you married?

If you are married there are many factors to consider. You must consider that you are now qualifying together. This means your credit, income, and debt is all factored together, no matter what. One benefit of being married is that you can qualify for more government programs even though you make more.

Do you make under 60k or 40k a year?

If you are in this bracket then you will qualify for lower interest rates and more government programs than anyone else. Again, every situation is different so please reach out. Most of the time, if it’s your primary residence than you will be able to get a low interest rate at 3.5% down.
